6.3 Client Bookings

Clients seeking to book models through our Agency agree to:

• Provide accurate information about booking requirements, dates, locations, and compensation
• Comply with all applicable labor laws and industry standards
• Provide safe, professional working conditions
• Honor agreed-upon payment terms and compensation
• Obtain proper usage rights and releases for any content created
• Treat all models with respect and professionalism

6.4 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific results, bookings, or income from our representation or services. Success in the modeling industry depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, client preferences, and individual model characteristics and performance.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Service Fees

Our commission rates and fee structures are outlined in individual representation agreements and booking confirmations. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card information on our servers. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services.

7.3 Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection costs as permitted by UAE law. Persistent non-payment may result in termination of services and potential legal action.
